- The title elements are enabled for the Table of Contents, which should be reflected in the PDF Bookmarks tab.
- The nesting hierarchy structure should be the same in the PDF Bookmark tab as it is in the published Table of Contents.
- When published using the APP Print Engine, the first 2 levels of nesting are not correct in the PDF Bookmark tab.
