Website navigation made easier

We recently made some updates to the Support website to help you move through sections of the website easier. The main menu contains the tools and resources you need to use and manage PTC software. It may feel familiar because it's organized in the same way as the Support home page.

These updates are part of an ongoing series of changes to improve your online experiences with PTC.

What's changed?

In the latest update, we made the following changes:

  • Added a main navigation menu in the upper left that opens and closes when you click
    • Includes all the links that appear on the Support home page, plus more
    • Moved the links that were previously under "Tools" and "Resources" to the main menu
  • Simplified the links in the menu with your account information (or under "Login" when you're not logged in)
