As a result of PTC's acquisition of ServiceMax, we found overlap between Vuforia Chalk and ServiceMax Zinc’s visions, capabilities, and features for remote assistance. We have decided to channel our focus toward Zinc, which will enable us to cater to our customers' needs more efficiently. With this consolidation, we believe the future is now brighter for our customers trying to enable remote service and support capabilities for their businesses.
