Software

For screen recording (software capture), we recommend using Camtasia.

For optimal results, record your screen in a 16:9 aspect ratio. The minimum quality accepted is 1080p (1920x1080), but aim for 4K (3840x2160), if your monitor allows for it. This resolution ensures that your recording will fill the viewer’s screen seamlessly when incorporated into a video.

Phone & Tablets

Screen orientation should match how the customer would realistically position or use the software. Most newer devices have native screen recording applications.
