Slate & Color Charts​

Slate should be used as often as possible. Write out information clearly, update information as needed between takes, and clap the slate in view of all cameras to ensure audio and camera sync.

Slate Information should include:

• Production Title: Name of the project
• If provided, use the Workfront ID, a 5-digit code beginning with W
• First and last name of person interviewed
• Name of the production company
• Shoot date
• Frame Rate
• Camera model
