Video Exports

The optimal settings for your video’s final deliverable depend on the platform where it will be uploaded. Typically, completed videos include a high-resolution master (QuickTime 422) along with web resolutions, social media resolutions, and PowerPoint optimized video files.

To facilitate this, we offer a variety of codecs for your convenience.

File names

File names of videos created internally should include:

• Ticket or project numbers (if applicable)
• Video Project name
• Email username
• Date

Example: Project ID_Project name_username_date

File names of videos created by third parties should include:

• Project name
• Production Company name
• Date

Example: Project name_production company_date
