PTC Brand Guidelines

Video Capture

When capturing video, whether by you or a third-party vendor, adhere to these essential guidelines to maintain PTC’s brand reputation and ensure seamless integration with existing assets. Following this process will guarantee alignment with our in-house video production standards.

Filming

  • Capture video in an NTSC frame rate (29.97fps / 59.94fps)
  • Aim for 4K (3840×2160) or 2K (2560x1440) resolution. The smallest acceptable resolution is 1080p Full HD (1920x1080) for all footage.
  • Use a combination of hidden Lavalier and Boom microphones for audio flexibility.
  • Always record 15-20 seconds of uninterrupted "room tone" at the end of interviews for post-production work
